Carolyn Buchan
Founder & Director
Carolyn began her legal career as a courthouse clerk before earning a Bond University scholarship to study Law and Psychology. She has since worked with the Department of Justice, Corrective Services, Child Safety, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Queensland Police.
She has represented clients in Criminal, Domestic Violence, Child Protection, Family and Civil Law for nearly 20 years as a solicitor.

Terry is passionate about assisting parents in the Child Protection Courts and helped establish Queensland's first Duty Lawyer Service for Child Protection matters, at the Beenleigh Children's Court.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2006, Terry practises in Family Law, Domestic and Family Violence, Child Protection and Criminal Law.
